Quick fried rice

Ingredients to make Quick fried rice

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup capsicum (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 sprigs green onions
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt, to taste

How to make Quick fried rice

  1. Chop green onions and put some greens aside.
  2. In a wok, heat oil and add onions and green onions and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
  4. Add sliced carrot and capsicum and sauté well.
  5. Add salt and cover and cook for 2-3 mins.
  6. Add all the sauces and vinegar and mix well.
  7. Add the rice and mix with the veggies.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
