Moong daal dosa with broccoli very tasty crispy and healthy

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2cup moong daal
  2. 2spoon broccoli paste
  3. 1/2spoon garlic and green chilly paste
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1/4spoon red chilly powder (optional)
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. Water as per need


  1. Soak moong daal for 2hours and than grind make a smooth paste not so thin not so thick
  2. Add broccoli chopped coriander leaves salt garlic paste and redchilly paste and mix well
  3. Heat a non stick twa or pan and pour the batter with spoon and spred in thin layer
  4. Cook both side if you want than apply some oil . I don't have use oil
  5. Serve with potato sabji or chutney
