Ingredients to make Baghare chawal with mutton khaliya and baingan sukka

  • 2cup rice
  • 2small onion
  • 1table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 whole green chillies
  • Whole garam masala, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon,shahijeera, black pepper, star anise
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup( small)
  • mint leaves 1/4 cup ( small)
  • 2tablespoon oil
  • 1tablespoon ghee
  • salt to taste
  • Orange food colour 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/2 lemon juice

How to make Baghare chawal with mutton khaliya and baingan sukka

  1. Wash n soak rice
  2. Chop onion
  3. Place your pan on stove
  4. Add oil and let it heat
  5. Add whole garam masala,let it pop up
  6. Now add chopped onion and fry till light in golden colour
  7. Add ginger garlic paste
  8. Green chillies and saute
  9. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves
  10. Add salt to taste
  11. Add lemon juice
  12. Now add 4 cups of water
  13. Let it boil
  14. Once the water is boiling add soaked rice
  15. Let it cook
  16. When water dries sim the flame of gas, keep it on dum
  17. Add orange food colour, ghee and remaining coriander and mint leaves
  18. Cook it on dum for 5-7 minute or till done.
