Ingredients to make Kurkuri Bhindi

  • 250 gms Ladyfinger
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • Dried mango powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Kurkuri Bhindi

  1. Take a wok add sufficient oil. Slit the bhindis lengthwise and then gradually add them in the wok.
  2. Deep fry them till they turn slightly brown and become crispy in texture. Strain on a kitchen towel.
  3. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, dried mango powder, dhaniya powder and mix it well.
  4. Serve hot.
