Ingredients to make Pumpkin fresh turmeric soup

  • pumpkin...1/4 kg
  • Fresh turmeric root..4 inches long piece
  • onion...1
  • ginger...2 inchs long piece
  • garlic....4 pods
  • Ghee/butter.....1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder...1_2 spoons
  • salt
  • Milk....1 cup

How to make Pumpkin fresh turmeric soup

  1. Add butter into pan/KADAI to fry garlic & ginger in it
  2. Later add turmeric pieces , and keep frying it.
  3. Next add onion & saute until they turn soft
  4. Now add pumpkin , pepper,salt and mix them
  5. Keep cooking until pumpkin is cooked well using water
  6. Grind or blend the above prepared mix
  7. Add this back into KADAI and add milk and water ,salt, pepper if required and boiling once.
  8. Healthy pumpkin Turmeric root soup is ready to be served.
