Ingredients to make Vrat k aloo

  • 4 potatoes par boiled
  • 5 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • sendha namak or rock salt to tastr
  • Black pepper powder

How to make Vrat k aloo

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add jeera.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook till oil separates
  3. Add red chilli powder, pepper and sendha namak. Cook.well.
  4. Add parboiled dices potatoes. Mix well
  5. Add 1 cup water. Cook on low flame for 7 to 8 min.
  6. Add coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with puri
