Caramelized Banana Pockets

Ingredients to make Caramelized Banana Pockets

  • 3 bananas
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 6 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • oil for frying

How to make Caramelized Banana Pockets

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Heat 1 tsp butter in the pan.
  3. Add 3 tsp of regular sugar and caramelise it on slow flame.
  4. Add chopped bananas in it.
  5. Coat caramel on bananas properly.
  6. Take all purpose flour add baking powder salt powdered sugar. butter and milk. Knead the dough.
  7. Rest dough for 15min.
  8. Make piti and cut it into square.
  9. Make envelope shape by sealing sides with milk. Put aluminum foil ball in it for shape.
  10. Fry pockets on low flame till golden brown.
  11. Cool all the pockets remove aluminum balls.
  12. Add caramalised bananas into the pockets.
  13. Your buttery caramalised banana pockets are ready.

My Tip:

You can use strawberry and pineapple instead of bananas.
