This bread can b made without yeast, and oven

Naan

Ingredients to make Naan

  • Refined flour 3 cups
  • sugar 1tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • Warm water for kneed
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • oil 4 tsp
  • kalonji 3 tsp
  • coriander leaves 4 tsp

How to make Naan

  1. In a bowl add refined flour, milk powder, salt,sugar,curd ,baking soda and kneed a dough with warm water for 15 to 20 min
  2. For better mixing you can use blender
  3. Apply oil in a dough and cover with moist cloth and keep aside for 3 hr.
  4. Again mix a dough properly and make a small balls and apply oil over all ball and cover it again with a cloth for 15 min
  5. In a bowl add kalonji and coriander leaves
  6. Apply dry flour in ball and make shape of naan and sprinkle kalonji and coriander leaves over it.
  7. Apply water in a back of naan
  8. Heat tava and place back of naan in it and cook for a couple of seconds
  9. Now flip the tawa into flame and cook upper side of naan .
  10. Serve in platter and apply butter on naan
