Ingredients to make Red gravy

  • 2kg tomatoes
  • 100gms ginger
  • Few green chilli
  • Beetroot - 200 gm
  • 1 tbsp salt

How to make Red gravy

  1. TAKE THE TOMATOES, GINGER, GREEN CHILLI, AND BEETROOT..WASH THEM.NOW PRESSURE COOK IT FOR 15 MINS OR 2 OR 3 WHISTLES.
  2. AFTER BOILING MAKE THE PUREE OF IT..NOW AGAIN PUT THE PUREE IN TO THE COOKER AND COOK TILL IT GETS THICK.
