Easy Way Veg Manchurian

Ingredients to make Easy Way Veg Manchurian

  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 8 french beans chopped
  • maida 4 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • 2 packets of ching's hot and sour soup
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup green part of spring onion chopped
  • oil for frying

How to make Easy Way Veg Manchurian

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables except the spring onions ,maida, salt and make a soft dough.
  2. Now divide them in 12 balls and deep fry in hot oil. Mix in chings soup with 1 and a 1/2 cup of water.
  3. In a wok, put 1 tbsp oil to heat and add ginger garlic paste to saute. Add the soup mix, stir and let it boil.
  4. Next add tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of sugar. Now add the balls into the sauce and coat them properly with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with springs onion and serve it hot.

Adjust the consustency as per your choice.
