About Bread Pudding Recipe

A basic bread pudding rice.

Bread Pudding

Ingredients to make Bread Pudding

  • Bread Slices 4 nos
  • eggs 4 nos
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanila Essence 1 tsp
  • cashewnuts and Raisins
  • ghee 1 tsp

How to make Bread Pudding

  1. Remove the crust of the bread slices and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Whisk the egg and sugar well with a whisker. Add the milk and vanilla essence. Now add the bread pieces and mix it well. Transfer this into a greased baking tray.
  3. Fry the cashews and raisins in ghee and pour it on top.
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, let it cool for a while then enjoy!
