Spring rolls can be healthy as well and this recipe is proof to that.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Normal wheat dough with added salt
  2. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 1 small sized sliced onion
  4. 1 cup of boiled noodles
  5. 1/2 cup capsicum

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and add a little oil to heat, then add the onions and saute.
  2. Next add the capsicum and cabbage and stir fry them.
  3. Then add the noodles along with salt as per taste.
  4. Stir it for 5 mins and not a minute more to get the perfect crunchy flavour.
  5. Also make a small chapati of the kneaded wheat dough. Fill in the stuffing, but note that it should not be too hot.
  6. Fold it and close the sides, then fry them. Now take them out and cut into pieces to serve.
