Ingredients to make Falhari Shakarkand samosa

  • Singhara flour 1 cup
  • Boiled potato mashed 1 med
  • oil 1 tbsp for dough
  • Sea salt for dough
  • Boiled Sweet potato mashed 1cup
  • Fried peanuts grinded 2tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits 1tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1/2tsp
  • Sea salt acc to taste
  • Black pepper acc to taste
  • Chopped green chillies 2nos
  • oil for frying

How to make Falhari Shakarkand samosa

  1. First of all we take singhara flour in a bowl then add oil, mashed potato and salt. And make a dough with help of water.
  2. On other side we make stuffing for samosa. Take another bowl add mashed Sweet potatoes, crushed groundnut, dryfruits, green chili chopped, chopped coriander leaves chopped ginger, salt and pepper
  3. We Make some small balls with stuffing.
  4. Take a ball of dough and make chapati and 1ball of stuffing put on it and make a shape of Potli.
  5. Now it's a tym of frying till golden brown. And served hot with green chutney and Ramiro chutney.
