Ingredients to make Restaurant style Shahi panir in white gravy..

  • 250 gm panir
  • 4 onion.
  • 1tsp garlic paste.
  • 2 tsp kaju paste.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp white pepper.
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 tsp fresh malai.
  • 2 cup milk.

How to make Restaurant style Shahi panir in white gravy..

  1. Boil onion n pury it.
  2. Crumbled 50 gm panir.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Add boil onion paste.
  5. Cook untill d smell gone.
  6. Add salt n white pepper.
  7. Add garlic paste.
  8. Add kaju paste n cook it.
  9. Ne add crumbled panir
  10. Mix well.
  11. Add milk.
  12. When boil add panir cubes.
  13. Mix well.
  14. Serve with nan or parantha.

My Tip:

U can add kaju tukda for garnishing.
