Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 katori boil chana with water.
  2. 4 onion
  3. 4 tomatoes.
  4. 1tsp gng paste.
  5. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  6. 1tsp chana masala.
  7. 1tezpatta.
  8. 1/4tsp red chilli.

Instructions

  1. In a cooker put oil
  2. Add jeera n tezpatta.
  3. Put fine chopp onion n saute well.
  4. Add gng paste.
  5. Put tomato pury in it
  6. Add salt.redchilli.n chana masala.
  7. Cook till oil seprates.
  8. Add boil chana with water.
  9. Cook till 2 whistle.
  10. Serve with rice or poori.
