Kashmiri palak gravy wali.

Ingredients to make Kashmiri palak gravy wali.

  • 1/2kg spinach.
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 green chilli
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp garam masala.
  • 1/4tsp fennel seeds.

How to make Kashmiri palak gravy wali.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add fennel seeds.
  4. Add chopp onion.
  5. Add green chilli.
  6. Add chopp tomatoes.
  7. Cook well.
  8. Add salt n all masala.
  9. Nw add spinach leaves n cook in masala.
  10. Nw add 1 glass water.
  11. Boil it.
  12. Serve with steam rice.

My Tip:

Spinach leaves should be whole.
