Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower
  2. Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Oil : 2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste :   1 tsp
  6. Fennel seeds : ½ tsp
  7. Cinnamon : 1
  8. Cloves : 2
  9. Onion : 1
  10. Tomato : 1
  11. Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala : ½ tsp
  13. Grated coconut : 4 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add turmeric powder and cook the cauliflower for 5 min and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, onion and saute for 1 min
  3. Add tomato and saute it Add salt, garam masala, chilli powder, sat, ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 min
  4. Add chopped cauliflower and required water and cook for 2 min
  5. Add coconut paste and cook for 2 min. Add coriander leaves
