Ingredients to make Keasar rabri malpua

  • 1/2cup maida
  • 1/3cup atta
  • 1/3cup suzi
  • 3tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2tsp illachi powder
  • 1/2tsp saunf powder
  • 1/2cup malai
  • Apinch salt
  • Some kesar strands
  • 1 mashed. banana
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1/2cup milk powder
  • ghee for frying
  • 1tbsp curd
  • kesar rabri:-
  • 1kg. Milk
  • Pista, almonds
  • 3-4tbsp sugar

How to make Keasar rabri malpua

  1. Take a bowl add all the things fir batter mix it well and take rest for 1 hour
  2. Take apan add milk ,illachi powder, keep it on flame.when get 1 boiled than simmer the gas and get reduce milk. Add kesar strands
  3. Take another kadai or pan add ghee for make malpuas
  4. Make malpuas one by one
  5. Keep stirring of milk . About after 1 hour rabri is ready.
  6. Now get set the malpuas tower
  7. Take 1 malpuas spread rabri,again repeat process , on top sprinkle almonds ,pista .
  8. Ready to eat
