Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. मेथी
  2. गव्हाचे पीठ
  3. लाल तिखट
  4. हळद
  5. मीठ
  6. तेल
  7. घी
  8. गूळ
  9. चिंच
  10. पाणी

Instructions

  1. प्रथम मेथी पाला थोडासा शिजवून घ्या
  2. गव्हाच्या पिठात शिजवलेला मेथी पाला घाला
  3. त्यात मीठ , लाल तिखट, जरासे तेल घालून मिक्स करून घ्या
  4. आता पीठ चांगले मळून घ्या
  5. तयार पिठाचे गोळे करून चपाती करून घ्या
  6. आणि तव्यावर मस्त शेक द्या व सोबत घी लावा
  7. चटणी साठी चिंच गूळ ऐका भांड्यात घेऊन त्यात दोन कप पाणी घाला
  8. आणि ५ मिनिटे उकळून घ्या
