Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. wheat flour 3 cups
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Ghee one fourth cup
  4. 2 bowls washed , dried and roughly chopped methi leaves
  5. 1 tsp chilly powder.
  6. 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1/4 th tsp chaat masala powder.


  1. In a bowl add methi leaves , mash a lityle then add salt , turmeric powder , chilly powder , chaat masala powder and flour...
  2. Add water and knead into a soft smooth dough... .grease with a tsp ghee and let it rest.
  3. Take out small balls from the dough and roll into medium thickness rotis....
  4. Cook on tawa and drizzle ghee...
  5. Serve hot
