Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. 1 cup chopped methi
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tbsp red chili powder
  6. 1/8 tsp hing
  7. 2 tsp Mustard oil to drizzle


  1. In a bowl, add ingredients except oil and mix well. Add water and knead firm dough
  2. Divide dough into equal portions
  3. Dust surface with flour.Roll into parathas
  4. Heat tawa, place paratha and drizzle oil on top
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides
  6. Methi Paratha is ready to serve with butter or any pickle
