Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Red dry chillies 10-15 pieces
  2. Vinegar for soaking 1 cup
  3. Luke warm water around half cup
  4. Garlic cloves 5-6 pieces
  5. Sugar half tsp
  6. salt as per taste


  1. Firstly soak the mirchis in vinegar for 10-15 minutes mixed with luke warm water..
  2. After 15 min..take the mirchis out and grind them with garlic.
  3. Now take a wok add half spoon oil..add mirchi paste in the wok..now put salt and little sugar in it, stir it nicely..You can add water if needed..Chutney is ready.
