About Instant Chilli garlic chutney Recipe

Chilli garlic chutney is a simple recipe , usually made from dry chillies by soaking for several time and then gring into mixer or on silbatta , but make it instant with chilly powder, it can be stored for 2-3 month without refrigerator

Instant Chilli garlic chutney

Ingredients to make Instant Chilli garlic chutney

  • 1/4 cup red chilly powder
  • 100 gram garlic
  • salt to taste

How to make Instant Chilli garlic chutney

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and put 4-5 ,cloves on a kitchen slab and add 1 ,tsp salt and grind with silbatta
  2. Add 4-5 more garlic cloves and 1-2 tsp salt and repeat the same process
  3. Grind all the garlic cloves by adding salt little by little according to taste till garlic become in paste form
  4. Now start adding chilly powder little by little
  5. Add chilly powder till it become to a thick paste
  6. Store in a airtight container , it can be stored in an airtight container for upto 3-4 month without refrigerator
  7. Use in vada pav, maisur dosa or can be used in any gravy by adding little water to a tsp of chutney and then mix into

My Tip:

Chilly powder and salt both can be used according to taste , and thickness you want
