ABOUT Garlic chilli chutney RECIPE

It's a very yummy chutney and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Garlic 12 cloves
  2. 10 dry red chillies, seeded
  3. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  4. Oil 1 teaspoon
  5. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  6. Salt to taste


  1. Soak the dry red chillies for 30 mins or 1 hour in water. Then drain it.
  2. Grind the red chillies and garlic cloves along with salt, lime juice. Add water if necessary.
  3. Now take a pan on heat, add oil then add the prepared smooth paste in it. Add roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for minute. Add water if necessary.
  4. The chutney is ready. You can use it in a chaat or as a topping.
