Beet malai kofta in white gravy

Ingredients to make Beet malai kofta in white gravy

  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 chop green chilli
  • oil for frying
  • For Gravy---
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cardmon
  • 1/4 tsp cinnemon powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • salt as per taste

How to make Beet malai kofta in white gravy

  1. Grate beetroot
  2. Soak almonds and cashews
  3. Peel almonds
  4. Add almonds,cashews,chilli and onion and make paste in mixi
  5. Take beetroot paste,besan and rice flour
  6. Add salt and mix finely
  7. Heat oil and make koftas
  8. Then heat ghee in a pan and add onion cashew paste
  9. Saute it and cook
  10. When it leaves ghee add little water
  11. Now add salt and garam masala and cinnemon powder
  12. Then add milk and cook till thick
  13. Finally add cream and stir
  14. Our gravy is ready
  15. At the time of serving pour gravy in bowl and arrange koftas
  16. Garnish with cashews
  17. Serve hot
