About Cottage cheese Gratin Recipe

Healthy tasty and whole some meal for kids and adults.,Cottage cheese made at home,saute in onions and greens.A touch of green chillie and broccoli to add nutrients and colour in th bland Gratin of cottage cheese.Truly a very fine preparation for any season and meal.

Cottage cheese Gratin

Ingredients to make Cottage cheese Gratin

  • 100 grams paneer
  • 3-4pieces fresh Broccoli
  • 1 springonion and few green stem pieces
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1tspn garlic crushed
  • 1cup corn flour
  • 1 1/2cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 1tblspn grated cheese (amul cube)

How to make Cottage cheese Gratin

  1. Make fresh Cottage Cheese of 1/2 litre milk
  2. Add milk in corn flour making a slurry ,add oregano and salt too
  3. Heat butter in a pan
  4. Saute onions garlic, chopped ,greens,green chilli
  5. Add the corn flour slurry
  6. Add broccoli too now
  7. Add the random broken cottage cheese pieces to this
  8. Cook the white sauce with broccoli and paneer
  9. Cook 3-4 minutes remove in bowl
  10. Add 1tblspn grated cheese and some mint leaves to garnish
  11. Set 2minutes in Microoven to give set look
  12. Serve hot with Garlic bread or steamed Rice

My Tip:

Use cheese topping if you like, this tastes well otherwise Can use ready white pasta saue mix of wakefield too
