It is a very quick recipe with minimum effort and very good taste

Kalojeera bata diye macch

Ingredients to make Kalojeera bata diye macch

  • Telapia fish 5 pieces
  • Black pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • nigella seeds - 1 tbsp
  • garlic cloves 2/3
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt
  • Milk [as required]

How to make Kalojeera bata diye macch

  1. Shallow fry fishes and keep aside. Make a paste of Garlic, nigella seeds and Black pepper.
  2. Add oil and put some black cumin when it is hot and then add the paste ,saute in low flame till the oil comes out. then add water and fish.
  3. Keep it for few minutes in low flame. Keep aside and serve with hot rice.

My Tip:

Add one spoon of milk just before putting off the flame.
