Methi coriander khakhra

Ingredients to make Methi coriander khakhra

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp dried coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • water as required

How to make Methi coriander khakhra

  1. Mix flour ,fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves 1 tsp oil and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water and make soft dough like roti..
  3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then roll it like thin roti.
  5. Take some dough .
  6. Then roasted it both sides on hot tawa with ghee.

My Tip:

Serve with tea
