Veggies Multigrain Cutlet

Ingredients to make Veggies Multigrain Cutlet

  • 2 tablespoons Pearl millet Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sorghum flour
  • 1 tablespoon oats flour
  • 1 tablespoon Chana flour
  • 1 cup chopped beans
  • 1 chopped shimla mirch
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped spinach Leaves
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste

How to make Veggies Multigrain Cutlet

  1. First chopped all veggies in small pieces.
  2. Take bowl put all chopped Vegetables, all flours, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely.
  3. Then give Cutlet shape from mixture or give any shape as per your choice.
  4. Now take nonstick pan and put all cutlet and swallow fry it without oil.
  5. Your mouthwatering cutlet is ready.
