  1. 5 बड़े कच्चे आलू लंबे कटे हुए
  2. 2 चम्मच कॉर्न फ्लोर
  3. आधा चम्मच नमक
  4. तेल 400 मि. ली.
  5. ग्रेवी के लिए - -
  6. 1 बारीक कटा प्याज
  7. 7-8 लहसुन की कलियाँ बारीक कटी हुई
  8. 1 इंच अदरक बारीक कटा हुआ
  9. 1 चम्मच सोया सॉस
  10. 2चम्मच विनेग़र
  11. 2 बड़े चम्मच कॉर्न फ्लोर पानी मे घुला हुआ
  12. 1 बड़ा चम्मच टमाटर सॉस
  13. नमक स्वादानुसार
  14. स्प्रिंग अनियन
  15. 1 छोटा चम्मच तेल
