Methi snack stick ( fenugreek leaves snack stick)

Ingredients to make Methi snack stick ( fenugreek leaves snack stick)

  • Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup ( half cup)
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Washed Meathi leaves - 2 table spoons
  • water
  • oil 2 teaspoons

How to make Methi snack stick ( fenugreek leaves snack stick)

  1. Mix wheat flour, salt, ghee , turmeric powder and red chilli powder in a bowl.
  2. Make a tight dough. Then roll it to a small stick size.
  3. Shallow fry on a tawa with few drops of oil and keep in low fire for 20 minutes. Tilt every few minutes till you get crispy.

My Tip:

This snack stick goes well with hot tea or coffee. If you want spicy you add more red chilli powder.
