About Cheese balls Recipe

Mix veg cheese balls, which serve as perfect snacks or appetizers for any occasion.

Cheese balls

Ingredients to make Cheese balls

  • potatoes - 2
  • Grated Beetroot - 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
  • cornflour - 1/2 tbsp
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Boiled sweet corn - 1 tbsp
  • salt - As required
  • Grated Cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala. - 1/2 tsp

How to make Cheese balls

  1. Boil and mash potatoes.
  2. Add grated beetroot and carrot.
  3. Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder, boiled sweet corn and bread crumbs.
  4. Mix all well and make balls from it.
  5. Make hole and stuff with some grated cheese.
  6. Close it and fold in bread crumbs and cornflour.
  7. Fry them in oil till brown in colour.
  8. Yummy cheese balls are ready.
