Chilli Paratha

Ingredients to make Chilli Paratha

  • Paratha (kerala type, optional) 3 nos
  • onion 1 large chopped
  • capsicum 1 small chopped
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • green chillies 3 or 4 chopped finely
  • tomato 1 small chopped
  • carrot 1 small chopped
  • Beans 4 or 5 nos chopped
  • Spring onions 2 or 3 chopped
  • eggs 2 or 3 whisked
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

How to make Chilli Paratha

  1. Cut the paratha to bite size pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add carrots, beans and saute well. To this, add onion, capsicum, spring onions and keep sautéing.
  3. Lastly add tomato, and salt to melt the tomato pieces. Add all the masala powders and sauces and cook till raw smell disappears.
  4. In another pan, cook the whisked eggs and add it to the masala. Finally add the paratha pieces and saute well.
  5. Check for seasoning and serve it hot!
