Veggies coated in APF, fried, tossed in sauces and honey.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup cauliflower
  2. One cup carrot sliced long
  3. One cup mushrooms
  4. Half cup french beans
  5. Half cup green capsicum
  6. Half cup or slightly more maida or all-purpose flour
  7. Water to make paste of maida
  8. Half tsp chopped garlic
  9. Half tsp grated ginger
  10. For Sauce
  11. 2 tsp green chili sauce
  12. 2 tsp soya sauce
  13. 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  14. 6 tsp honey or as per taste
  15. Salt per taste
  16. Half tsp black pepper
  17. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First cut the vegetables then for 2 min keep them in warm water separately.
  2. Then take maida, add water to make thick paste .
  3. To it add vegetables like first cauliflower, then carrots, beans, capsicum, lastly mushrooms.
  4. Heat oil add vegetables and fry each for 3-4 min in small batches but mushrooms at last coz they leave water.
  5. Then in open big pan heat 2 -3 tbsp oil Add chopped garlic-ginger. Add sesame seeds then at high flame add vegetables all and keep on stirring.
  6. Then reduce flame add sauces, honey,salt, pepper
  7. Ready. You can make them in batches too.
  8. Adjust sauces as per your taste
