Homemade atta noodles

Ingredients to make Homemade atta noodles

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • Chat masala 3 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Pav baji masala 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped vegetables 1 cup
  • Chopped mushroom 1/4 cup
  • Dry wheat flour 2 table spoon
  • salt
  • ghee
  • ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon

How to make Homemade atta noodles

  1. Knead dough softly and with the sev maker make noodles and steam cook it
  2. Let it cool
  3. Sprinkle some oil over it and loose the noodles
  4. In a pan add ghee ginger garlic paste and onion
  5. Saute till translucent
  6. Add finely chopped vegetables and mushrooms
  7. Saute well in low flame
  8. Add all masalas and salt . mix well
  9. Add required water. 5-6 cups
  10. When the vegetables are cooked add the noodles
  11. Sprinkle the dry flour and mix well
  12. Cook it for 5 minutes
  13. Check the consistency of soupy noodles
  14. Serve hot
