Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urud dal skinless 1 cup
  2. Onion chopped 1 number
  3. Ginger chopped finely 1 inch
  4. Green chillies 3 number chopped
  5. Curry leaves chopped 1 table spoon
  6. Salt
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak Dal for 1 hour
  2. Grind it fluffy without adding water
  3. Add all ingredients except oil
  4. Mix well
  5. Wet hands and take a ball of the batter and make the shape and deep fry it in medium flame
  6. Serve with coconut chutney
