Ingredients to make Moong daal chila potli

  • 1 cup moong daal
  • water as required
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Moong daal chila potli

  1. Rinse the moong daal in water.
  2. Soak for 3 hours
  3. Then grind it in mixer and make a batter.
  4. Then add all above ingredients
  5. In a pan. Greased with oil.
  6. Pour a batter . And make a chilla.
  7. Then make a potli.
  8. And knot with coriander .
