Matar Chidwa

Ingredients to make Matar Chidwa

  • 2 cup flattened rice soaked and drained
  • 1 cup green peas boiled
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup fried flattened rice

How to make Matar Chidwa

  1. In a wok, heat oil and add cumin and chillies.
  2. Now add flattened rice or chidwa and green peas. Cook for a minute.
  3. Season them with salt and pepper as per your taste
  4. Cook for a minute.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
