Potato Cutlets

Ingredients to make Potato Cutlets

  • 8 no. Boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 no - green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Roasted peanuts (br
  • oken)
  • 2 tbsp - fresh coriander leaves
  • Chopped
  • 1/3 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - Amchoor powder
  • Refined oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp - cornflour powder

How to make Potato Cutlets

  1. Take the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them.
  2. Add salt to taste, amchoor , Powder, red chilly powder, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves , cornflour and broken roasted peanuts. Mix well and check the seasoning.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai .
  4. Now add bread crumbs tothe potato mixture. Roll and deep-fry in Hot oil..
  5. Deep fry till golden brown
  6. Take out on a kitchen towel..
  7. Now serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup..
