Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Atta bread-4-5
  2. Boiled potato-2-3
  3. Boiled greenpeas-1/2katori
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon
  6. coriander powder-1/2teaspoon
  7. Grated carrot-1-2
  8. Chopped capsicum-1/2
  9. Pinch of ajwain
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Suji-1katori or as required to coat the cutlets
  12. Chopped onion-1
  13. Chopped tomato-1small

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Add boiled gren peas,grated carrot chopped capsicum,chopped onion,tomato and mix well.
  3. Now add dry masalas -salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and ajwain and mix well.
  4. Make balls from this mixture.
  5. Coat them with suji.
  6. Now deep fry them.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
