Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage leave 4-5
  2. Peas 100gm
  3. chopped carrot 50gm
  4. frenchbeans 50gm
  5. 1cup boil potato,
  6. 1table spoon lemon juice,
  7. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  8. Ginger,gerlic,1teaspoon each
  9. Chopped green chilli as per teste
  10. Chat masala 1tablespoon
  11. Gram flour and rice powder as per need
  12. White oil


  1. Boil cabbage leave and put it in cold water and keep it
  2. Now heat oil and onion and graduly add all vegetables and salt..and stir and cook for sometime
  3. Now add ginger,gerlic paste and cook for few minute
  4. Now add boil potato,chat masala,and lemon juice one by one
  5. Now make a batter with gram flour,rice powder,salt, turmeric powder,littlebit oil and water.
  6. Now put that prepared vegetables in cabbage leave.make it round..shape will be like roll
  7. Now deep it in Batter
  8. And fry
  9. Serve it with sauce
