Ingredients to make Sindhi sweet dish khoya made from dry khajoor

  • Dry khajoor 500 gms
  • badam 50gms
  • kaju 50gms
  • pista. 30gms
  • Khaskhas 30gms
  • Akhroot 30:gms
  • sugar 500 gms
  • Ghee100gms
  • Milk 3liter
  • Small elichi5
  • Big elichi 5

How to make Sindhi sweet dish khoya made from dry khajoor

  1. Take dry khajoor
  2. Remove seeds of khajoor wash with warm water
  3. Sock khajoor over noight in milk
  4. Khajoor Blend in chopper
  5. Also sock khaskhas overnight, next day just churn in mixer
  6. In a big pan, put ghee make it warm
  7. Add khaskhas milk mixture and cook for almost 10 mins
  8. Now add khajoor milk mixture and cook for 10 min and continuously mix it
  9. In dry fruits, akhrot, kaju aur pista blend in chopper or finely chopped with knife
  10. Put dry fruits chopped in it
  11. Now add small and big elichi init
  12. Give on boil to badam in water then remove skin of badam, make two vertical half's.
  13. Add these cut badam in the mixture cook it and with continuously stirring
  14. Add sugar and cook for 15 mins If you want this for sugar patient or person on diet don't add sugar cookies for 10 min and serve
  15. Cook for 5 min till the colour become golden brown
  16. Garnish with dry fruits and several hot

My Tip:

This sweet dish last for 1 week. It is good for pregnant wonens, childrens and even gives energy to diabetic persons,
