This malpua is my all time favourite recipe from my mother kitchen.

Khoya malpua

Ingredients to make Khoya malpua

  • 100 gm khoya
  • 1/4 c maida
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1/2 c water
  • ghee for frying
  • Dry fruits
  • A pinch baking soda

How to make Khoya malpua

  1. First take all ingredients.
  2. Now mesh khoya and add maida and banking soda.
  3. Now mix it properly.
  4. Now make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  5. Boil it for 4 mins.
  6. Sugar syrup is ready switch off the gas.
  7. On the other gas heat ghee.
  8. Now take a small portion and flat on hand.
  9. Heat on medium low n fry this malpua from one side only.
  10. Now make all malpua.
  11. When you want to serve heat sugar syrup and soak it for 2 mins.
  12. Now arrange in a plate and top with dry fruits.

My Tip:

If it breaking on frying add little bit more maida.
