About Left over rice tikki Recipe

With left over rice add bread slice and bread crumbs to make delicious tikki.

Ingredients to make Left over rice tikki

  • 1 bowl of left over rice
  • 2-3 bread slices
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece, mashed
  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped

How to make Left over rice tikki

  1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl and make the dough. Then make any desired shape of tikkis and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. After this time, deep fry these tikkis in hot oil.
  3. Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.

My Tip:

In 1 bowl of rice and add 2-3 bread slices. You will get the idea to make the dough.
