Very eazy, fast ,steamed in idali maker , children to die for...small ,spongy chochalate cup cakes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour( maida)...................2 cups
  2. Milkmade.........................................1 bottle
  3. Melted butter......................... 3/4 cup
  4. Salt.........................................................1/2 tsp
  5. Baking powder...................................2tsp
  6. Baking soda.......................................1 tsp
  7. Chochopowder..............................1 cup
  8. Fined sugar.......................................1cup

Instructions

  1. First take idali maker. Place base plate and add some water at the bottom. Keep it on gas for boiling of water.
  2. In big bowl , sieve refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, chocho powder and fined sugar. Add salt and melted butter and mix it all well.
  3. Add milkmaid in the bowl lastly in that much quantity to get correct consistency ( not too thick , not too thin ). Add almonds pieces in it and mix lightly. Keep it aside.
  4. Greese idalimaker plates with oil , transfer the mixture on it . steam like idalies on medium to high flame. ( for around 20-25 minutes)
  5. Here soft , spongy chochalate cup cakes are ready. Add chocolate syrup over it for more taste. Decorate with chocolate syrup and serv it.

Good recipe , Priya. Will try this.milkmaid, u meant 1 tin, no? Cocoa 1 cup is needed.?
