Ingredients to make Sabudana Lauki Muthiya

  • 1 cup grated lauki
  • 1 cup powdered sabudana
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • rock salt as per taste

How to make Sabudana Lauki Muthiya

  1. Take bowl put Lauki, sabudana, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, green chillies, rock salt and mix it properly.
  2. Then make any shape and keep aside.
  3. All muthiya is ready.
  4. Then in air fryer for 10 minutes on 180 degree centigrade bake it.
  5. Then enjoy with curd Raita.
