Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter 1 cup ( 4 ladleful )
  2. Minced chicken 120 grams
  3. onion medium 1 finely chopped
  4. Tomato ripe 1 small finely chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt
  7. Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Garam Masala/ kari masala 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Curry leaves 5
  14. Cilantros 3 tablespoons chopped
  15. Black pepper powder freshly ground 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan , heat oil .
  2. Add onions . Sauté till translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and sauté till mushy .
  4. Add chicken .
  5. Add dry powders .
  6. Sprinkle very little water .
  7. The masala should be in spreading consistency and not runny / dry .
  8. Add salt .
  9. Once the chicken is cooked and masala is done. Switch off the heat .
  10. Heat a tava .
  11. Pour one small ladle full batter and spread to soft dosa.
  12. Cook both the sides by drizzling oil.
  13. Now spread the prepared masala on the inner side of the dosa .
  14. Garnish the dosa with cilantros .
  15. Serve hot .
