Homemade healthy fried rice for kids this summer

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 cup vegetables (include which ur kids love)like peas carrot corn mushroom etc
  3. 1 stalk of spring onion chopped
  4. 1 tbsp Szechwan sauce
  5. 1 tsp vinegar(very small spoon)
  6. 1tsp soya sauce
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
  9. 1tsp of Maggi masala(optional)


  1. Heat oil and saute spring onions and garlic
  2. Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add salt soya sauce Szechwan sauce and vinegar.give a quick stir
  4. Add Maggi masala
  5. Add rice and mix well
  6. Cover and cook for 2 min
  7. Serve hot
