About Corn dosa Recipe

This is a delicious dosa, with the indulgence of corns in them, a yummy breakfast for all occasions.

Corn dosa

Ingredients to make Corn dosa

  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 5 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 2 tsp oil
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp

How to make Corn dosa

  1. Blend the sweet Corn kernels in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add onions ,red chilli powder, coriander leaves ,salt into the corn batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using a little Oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tava (griddle) and move the spoon in a circular motion to make a round dosa.
  5. Smear a little Oil around the edges and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in colour from both the sides.Fold over to make a semi-circle or a roll.
  6. Serve immediately with Tomato sauce
