Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1kg Chicken
  2. 1 cup Oil or ghee
  3. 2 tablespoons Ginger & Garlic Paste
  4. 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
  5. 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  6. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  8. 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  9. 1 cup thick yoghurt
  10. 1/2 cup Cashews (paste or powder)
  11. 1 cup fresh cream
  12. 1/2 cup Milk
  13. 1 tablespoon Kasturi methi
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 4-5 Green Peppers

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a Karahi and heat it.
  2. Add Chicken and cook it for 5 minutes approx.
  3. Add Ginger, Garlic and Green chilli paste; Black Pepper powder; Chilli flakes and salt to taste Mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes at medum heat.
  4. Add Yoghurt; cumin Powder; Garam Masala Powder; Green Pepper. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
  5. Add Cashew paste, Milk, Kasturi Methi and cream. Mix well, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Tada! Enjoy!
